Account Deletion Policy for ARRIVIO AI

This Account Deletion Policy applies to the ARRIVIO AI app (package/bundle identifier: com.arrivio.ai) and related services at https://arrivioai.com.
ARRIVIO AI is committed to giving users control over their personal data. This page explains how to request account deletion, what data is deleted, and what data may be retained for legal reasons.
How to Request Account Deletion
You can request deletion in either of these ways:
- In the app: Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account (if available in your app version).
- By email: Send a request from your registered email address to support@arrivioai.com with subject line: Account Deletion Request
We may ask you to verify your identity before processing deletion.
What We Delete
After your request is verified and approved, we delete or anonymize personal data associated with your account, including:
- Profile and account information
- App usage data linked to your account
- Saved in-app content you created (where applicable), such as resumes, AI inputs/outputs, and uploaded items tied to your account
What May Be Retained
We may retain limited data when required for:
- Legal and regulatory compliance
- Fraud prevention and security investigations
- Financial, tax, and audit recordkeeping related to subscriptions and payments
Where retention is required by law, records may be kept for up to 7 years (or longer if legally required in specific cases). Retained data is restricted and used only for those required purposes.
Processing Time
We aim to process verified deletion requests within 7 to 30 days.
You will receive confirmation when deletion is completed.
Subscriptions
Deleting your ARRIVIO AI account does not automatically cancel App Store or Google Play subscriptions. You must cancel subscriptions directly in your Apple or Google subscription settings.
